General Conditions of Use
The access and use of the present website and of all of its subdomains are subject to the following conditions (hereafter “General Conditions of Use”) and all applicable laws and regulations. By accessing and browsing the present website or any its subdomains, the User accepts, without limitation or qualification, the General Conditions of Use. Mérieux NutriSciences is entitled, at any time, to change or to modify the present General Conditions of Use. Mérieux NutriSciences shall not be held responsible for any damage that may occur from the use of the Site and/or its Content, such as the loss of data, the damage caused in the computer hardware, the intrusion of third party into the information system and/or the damage caused by a case of force majeure as defined by the French civil Code.
8.2 Escape clause
